The Chalfonte Foundation offers a range of membership levels starting at $12 a year for individuals, families, and youth, providing unlimited access to the Chalfonte House and Gardens in Detroit and Elk Rapids during operating hours. Members also receive invitations to events and activities such as art openings, concerts, dinners, and educational programs. Additionally, there are Sustaining Memberships that include Associate, Patron, and Sponsor levels, offering exclusive VIP events, discounts, and logo placements. Many Sustaining members sponsor memberships for children and families in need. The Foundation also provides Organizational Memberships for local or cooperatively owned businesses, neighborhood associations, other charities, and program partners.
